Returns Policy
At Nuform Computers, each system is custom-built to order, tested, and securely packaged.
As our PCs are assembled specifically for each customer, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@nuformcomputers.com with photos/videos of the issue.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
- We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any return or replacement.
Note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, configuration changes, or performance differences once the build is assembled and dispatched.
Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
- In case of non-refundable items (like opened components or software licenses), only partial refunds may apply.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first — processing times may vary.
